Zn12-40.5 circuit breaker is an indoor device with three-phase ac 50Hz and rated voltage of 40.5kv.

 

The mechanism of the circuit breaker and arc extinguishing chamber system is designed as one, the special Siemens 3AF type spring operating mechanism.Dual - purpose motor is used for ac and dc energy storage operation.It can also be done manually.

 

This product design has: 350mm, 400mm, 460mm and other phase distance, and it is more convenient to use with different types of switchgear.

 

It can be used in fixed cabinet xgn17-40.5, kyn10-40.5 and jyn1-40.5.

 

3.Description

Zn12-40.5 / t2000-31.5 indoor high voltage vacuum circuit breaker (hereinafter referred to as the circuit breaker), suitable for three-phase ac 50Hz, rated voltage 40.5kv power system, for industrial and mining enterprises, power plants and substations as load current, overload current, fault current.

 

The circuit breaker and operating mechanism adopt upper and lower arrangement structure, which effectively reduces the depth of the circuit breaker.

 

The three-phase arc extinguishing chamber and the connected charged body are isolated by three independent epoxy resin insulation cylinders to form a composite insulation structure.The main circuit vacuum arc extinguishing chamber and the static and static conductive connection are installed on the insulation tube, so that the phase spacing is only 300mm.The main circuit electric connection all USES the fixed connection, has the very high reliability.The insulation tube is installed above the circuit breaker frame.

 

The spring operating mechanism specially designed for this new type of circuit breaker is installed in the framework of the circuit breaker. Its structural characteristics are more suitable for the upper and lower layout of the circuit breaker and become an integral part of the overall structure of the circuit breaker.The mechanism design is simple, the output curve and its performance are more suitable for the characteristics and requirements of 40.5kv vacuum circuit breaker.
