The overall layout of the substation is "H" shaped, consisting of 35kV switch equipment room, 10kV switch equipment room, automatic control room, transformer and so on.The control room and the 35kV or 10kV switch room shall form a box body according to the specific situation, and the other switch room shall form a box rest. The transformer shall be placed outside and the transformer installation area shall be formed through certain protection and spacing.The transformer is connected to the two switches by overhead bus or cable.
Generally, the cabin is made of high quality steel plate after surface corrosion protection and spraying treatment, with insulation material in the middle, which can effectively ensure the normal work of the temperature control system inside the box.
In addition, the box material can be anodized aluminum alloy plate, or made of color steel composite plate.
△ 40.5kV switch equipment room
Xgn-40.5 box type fixed switch cabinet, ABB gis-zx1 40.5kv type switch cabinet and kyn61-40.5 type switch cabinet can be configured according to the actual use requirements of the substation.
1. Xgn-40.5 (2)1600-31.5 has the characteristics of novel and compact structure, small size and convenient maintenance, which is very suitable for 35kV substation.
2. ABB gis-zx1 40.5kv switch cabinet has the following advantages:
A. gis-zx1 40.5kv switchgear seals all switch rooms, bus rooms and cable joints in SF5 gas chamber.
B. Peak value. MV-PART (medium voltage parts) will not require maintenance during its entire service life.
C. Not affected by corrosive air of external environment such as chemical industry, cement production industry and salty air in coastal and salt mine areas.
D. can be used at high altitudes.
3. Kyn61-40.5 removable switchgear can be used for convenient maintenance of components.
Delta 12kV switch equipment room
Different types of switchgear can be configured according to the actual requirements of users.
1. Dxg-12 (xgn36-12) fixed switchgear can be equipped with zn63a-12 (VS1) or zn28-12 vacuum circuit breaker.
2. Type kyn28a-12 armoured removable switchgear, available with zn63-12 (VS1) or ABB VD4 vacuum circuit breaker.
3. Hxgn17a-12 vacuum ring network cabinet can be equipped with fzn25-12. Hall 630-20 vacuum load switch or fzrn25-12 / t125-31.5 load switch plus fuse combinator.
4. Hxgn15-12 type sulfur hexafluoride ring network cabinet, can own fln36-12d or flrn36-12d type sulfur hexafluoride load switch or load switch plus fuse combination electrical appliances.
△ Relay room
Ac panel, dc panel, signal panel, motion control panel (RTU) carrier panel or optical fiber terminal panel shall be installed in the relay protection room.
Note: according to customer requirements, this substation can be protected by conventional relays
